I’ve bought 'bulk beef' before from other places, but the Quality Control at Stone Bridge is on another level. The vacuum-sealing is professional (no freezer burn!), and the 21-day dry aging makes the Sirloins as tender as a Filet. You can tell they take pride in their livestock and their land.
